At the Bistro, autumn takes on the air of a gourmet celebration. Guests can enjoy pumpkin gnocchi with buffalo gorgonzola and caramelized pears, or a Vialone Nano risotto with porcini mushrooms and crunchy walnuts—true tributes to autumn flavors. And for lovers of Italian classics, favorites like burrata from Puglia or vitello tonnato remain among the dishes guests are always happy to rediscover at the Attilio Bistro. At the gastronomic restaurant, Chef Attilio Marrazzo highlights the season’s flavors through a 5- or 7-course tasting menu. Scallops, delicately set on a vanilla-infused cauliflower velouté, are paired with ravioli alla genovese with sweet onions and aged provolone, creating a sequence of subtly balanced flavors. Veal quasi, reimagined cordon bleu-style with smoked scamorza, is followed by salmon medallion with a refined sabayon and long turnip ravioli—an elegant, harmonious progression that enhances every bite. Each stage of the menu invites guests to fully embrace seasonal Italian and French cuisine, a true culinary journey where flavors unfold and echo one another all the way to dessert, for an unforgettable gourmet experience in the heart of Paris.
