L’Attilio Paris unveils its new winter menu

A season of elegance and flavor at the bistro
With the arrival of winter, L’Attilio Paris invites its guests on a gourmet journey where Italian cuisine meets French culinary artistry, set within a warm and refined atmosphere. The bistro—true beating heart of the address—introduces a selection of new, 100% homemade creations, signed by Chef Attilio Marrazzo.
Among the starters to discover: scallop carpaccio delicately scented with Périgord black truffle, confit cod served with green olives all’ascolana, or melting bone marrow elevated with wholegrain mustard. Pasta lovers will delight in tortellini filled with guinea fowl in a rich broth, or langoustine ravioli paired with a classic Thermidor sauce. To finish on a sweet note, the Tarte Tatin served with crumble and vanilla ice cream promises a moment of pure indulgence.
Gastronomy and intimacy: the restaurant and the chef’s table
The 5- or 7-course menu at the gastronomic restaurant, with or without wine pairings, invites guests to experience an exceptional moment and discover the marriage of Italian and French traditions. From spaghetti allo Scarpariello to poached cod, and braised beef cheek with corn cream, each bite is designed to surprise and delight. The dessert L’Agrume—a sugar sphere served with orange sabayon, cinnamon shortbread, citrus supremes, and mandarin sorbet—brings this culinary journey to a close with freshness and poetry. The Chef’s Table offers a truly unique experience for 1 to 12 guests: sitting face to face with the Chef, discovering the gestures and secrets of his cuisine, and enjoying an intimate, timeless moment. This winter,
L’Attilio Paris transforms every meal into a sensory journey where seasonality, flavor, and creativity come together in a ballet of tastes and textures.
