Attilio Marrazzo: one chef, two cultures

A career spanning Italy and France
Attilio Marrazzo was born at the heart of Italy and grew up in a world where cooking was a family affair. From the aromas of his mother’s kitchen to the influence of his uncle – a chef and the President of the Federation of Italian Chefs –, he developed a deep love for gastronomy very early on. Driven by a quest for excellence, he trained under Sergio Mei at the Four Seasons in Milan before leaving for France, the cradle of haute cuisine. His time spent in the kitchens of Joël Robuchon marked a decisive turning point in his career. He continued to refine his savoir-faire in the most prestigious establishments of Paris, from Le Pavillon Élysée to l’Atelier Étoile, not to mention the George V alongside Éric Briffard. Having earned star ratings at both Chez Jean and l'Atelier Robuchon, he has reached the pinnacle of his expression in boldly combining his Italian roots with French refinement.
A culinary vision mingling tradition and modernity
At l’Attilio Paris, located at the heart of the 8th arrondissement, the chef orchestrates a unique experience in two acts. At the bistro, he offers accessible, spontaneous cookery in keeping with the welcoming spirit of Italian trattorias. The sun-drenched flavours of seasonal ingredients are dished out in generous helpings for your sharing enjoyment. At the gastronomic restaurant, Attilio Marrazzo reaches the pinnacle of the culinary arts in a tasting menu of 5, 7 or 9 courses, where French elegance meets Italian authenticity. Each meticulously crafted dish reveals a perfect harmony of technical achievement, creativity, and emotion. L’Attilio Paris is more than a restaurant: it is an invitation to embark on a sensory journey where the sincerity of excellent cuisine resonates in every detail.
